About Us
GLiMR is licensed and supported by MDK Innovation Ltd, a company with nearly 20 years of experience designing and building case management systems.
History and Evolution
During the last two decades, MDK Innovation has designed and developed several generations of case management system, catering for diverse business models. These have proved to be highly robust, to such an extent that even some of the oldest ones remain in current use! But, however robust a system, ageing technology inevitably imposes limitations that reduce a system's capability to meet the evolving needs of clients. Drawing on the knowledge and experience gathered from building previous generations of system, MDK Innovation designed GLiMR, our flagship new generation offering. GLiMR represents not only a complete revision of the underlying technologies but also adds many new capabilities, such as its wide range of configuration options.
The GLiMR Development Team
GLiMR was designed and built by a small team of highly capable and experienced personnel. The team's approach to development work draws on agile methodologies and emphasises clarity of communication with each other and with clients.
